Payment Policy:
Payments, both domestic and international must be received prior to the first day of the conference. No attendee will be admitted to the conference without payment, by check, credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or Discover), or by US Government purchase order. Tuition, conference documentation are included in the fee.
Attendance is limited to US, NATO and allied countries only
Accommodations:
Attendee accommodations must be arranged directly with the hotel, and should be made well in advance. Be sure to mention the “MARITIME SECURITY & DOMAIN AWARENESS Conference” in order to obtain the group rate.
Cancellations:
Substitutions may be made at any time. A cancellation service charge of $100 will be rendered for all cancellations received 15 days or more prior to the conference date. Registrants whose cancellations are not received 15 days prior to the event, as well as no-shows, are liable for the entire fee.
Cancellations are valid only with a cancellation number, from the conference registrar.
