JT3 LLC is a joint venture company combining the management skills, military experience, and technical knowledge of EG&G and Raytheon. Supporting the J-Tech contract, JT3 provides engineering and technical expertise to four western military ranges (AFFTC, NTTR, UTTR, and China Lake ECR) for testing of new and modified weapons systems, new tactics development, and ongoing military training.
